ParticularitiesNative 24x36mm Royal with coupled rangefinder and Royal bayonet lenses. The Deutsches Kameramuseum documents 1 / 2s to 1 / 500s for its Royal 36 Modell III; manufacturer brochure 00568 explicitly documents Royal 36 S with 1 / 4s to 1 / 500s plus B. A single slowest-speed value would mix generations, so that field remains unset pending exact III / IIIa / S identity work. The older shared manual describes approximately 18 exposures per winding, while the S brochure specifies up to 20. Production, announcement and catalogue dates are not interchangeable. No models or URLs have been moved. Body-only measurements remain unresolved; the museum weight is not treated as a confirmed lens-free measurement.
