You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. Accounts are personal and must not be shared with third parties.

You agree to use Camera_DATA in a lawful and respectful manner, provide accurate information when contributing content, and not interfere with the proper operation of the service.

• using Camera_DATA for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
• attempting to access another user's account or data without authorisation;
• uploading content that is false, misleading, infringing or harmful;
• attempting to disrupt, overload or compromise the service or its infrastructure;
• using automated tools to extract data without permission.

Camera_DATA strives to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or events outside our control may temporarily affect availability. Features may evolve over time.

You are responsible for content you add to your collection, kits and public contributions. You retain ownership of your content but grant Camera_DATA the right to display it within the service according to your visibility choices. Content that violates these Terms may be removed.

Camera_DATA may suspend or close an account in case of violation of these Terms, abusive behaviour or unlawful use. You can delete your account at any time from your settings or by contacting us.

Camera_DATA, its name, logo, design and original content are the property of Camera_DATA and protected by intellectual property laws. User-submitted content remains the property of its authors. You may not reuse Camera_DATA branding or proprietary content without authorisation.

Camera_DATA aims to provide reliable information about analog cameras and lenses, but vintage equipment data may contain variations, errors or omissions. Price estimates and technical specifications are informational and are not definitive. Camera_DATA cannot be held liable for decisions made solely from this information.

Camera_DATA offers two plans:

• Free — full database access, collection up to 10 cameras, up to 3 kits, personal ratings and search.
• Collector — unlimited collection and kits, advanced statistics, charts, financial analysis and CSV export.

The price displayed at subscription applies to your subscription. The Collector plan is billed monthly via Stripe. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; Camera_DATA does not store your full card details.

The Collector subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us.

After cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period, then returns to Free. Saved collection data is retained, but Collector features are removed. Items above the Free limit may become read-only or hidden until the collection is reduced or the subscription resumes.

Specific refund and withdrawal conditions will be confirmed and displayed before purchase. [Refund and withdrawal policy — to be completed].

Camera_DATA may adjust prices or plan features. Price changes apply to future billing cycles and will be communicated in advance.

Camera_DATA may update these Terms when the service evolves or for legal reasons. The date at the top indicates the latest update. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
