Robot M26 screw-mount wide-angle lens, distinct from the Royal bayonet variant. Independent specimen reports support f/16, 0.45m nearest focus and approximately 140g; diameter 46mm and 21-25mm flange-to-front length are not overall body dimensions. The manufacturer Star / IIa instructions (printed p. 19) warn against the standard tubular shade on this wide-angle lens because of vignetting. A published 4-element/3-group formula is explicitly described as probable by its author and has therefore not been promoted to a verified canonical value. Iris-blade count, exact filter thread and production boundaries remain unresolved.
